Wish Happy Birthday on Mountain View Marquee
More than 20,000 cars pass by our school marquee every day, making it a great way to wish your child happy birthday. You can wish your child Happy Birthday on the Mountain View Marquee for a small fee. All proceeds go to Mountain View’s technology Fund. Look for more information in your child’s backpack soon.
Lion’s Den Open Daily
The Lion's Den has been a busy place at Mountain View this winter. Every day many students stop by the store before the first bell rings for school at 7:50 a.m. We have been excited to have the store open Monday through Friday every week because of our many dedicated volunteers. If your student hasn’t been a frequent school store visitor, encourage him or her to stop by and check out our fun new spring merchandise ─ as well as the old standbys such as pencils, erasers, waters and water bottles. Hope to see you soon!
Drink Pouch Recycling Program Continues
Please remember to send in your empty drink pouches to be recycled. All brands are accepted (Capri Sun, Kool-Aid, etc.). No juice boxes, please. Collection boxes are located just outside the cafeteria, as well as in the cafeteria. The kids have done a terrific job of recycling their pouches at lunch. We have already collected more than 2,000 pouches, so keep them coming!
